About the author (2003)

Liz Stuckey spent her childhood in the Middle and Far East where she became fascinated by handiCrafts at an early age. In 1975 she graduated from art college with a degree in fashion. There followed a career in buying, with thirteen years spent with multiple retailers. She is now a freelance writer, illustrator and designer, and lives in London, England.
