This is, for me, the only diet that has ever worked. And it is FAST. It is not easy though. The book is the directions. It will be up to YOU to follow them. If it says 2-3 oz lean protien and one cup veggies every three hours, you must measure the food and actually time your feedings, you cant wing it. It will take you a while to learn how to make the food taste good though, at first its very bland - almost gag-inducing - till you learn how to cook with no salt, sugar dairy or oil. You will have to prepare a lot in advance. I slow cook the chicken breast and add liquid smoke and mrs dash, for instance, and eat it with plain veggies and rice. You will not be hungry. I thank God for this book, honestly. I lost twenty pounds in one month going from 160 - 140. True story.
