About the author (2010)

Suzanne Martin is a doctor of physical therapy and a gold-certified Pilates expert. She is a well-known educational presenter within the world of Pilates, dance and physical therapy. Suzanne is the lead physical therapist for the Smuin Ballet in San Francisco and maintains a private practice in California. She is also the author of 15-Minute Better Back Workout (2008).
