Love this book. Short, simple. It can be read in a couple of hours. It's true we want to work with people who do things cooperatively, enthusiastically, and with a minimum of problems. We all need that from others and they need it from ME! These 180 ways help you, to guide you in ensuring that those needs are met! Pick a few and do them. Commit to doing them! They're good for you. They'll only make things better and happier all around. I will definitely read this book again to keep the concepts fresh in my head.
