About the author (2006)

Rozanne Gold is the multi-award winning author of nine

acclaimed US cookbooks, and has been a consulting chef at some of New

York's most celebrated restaurants. She has been hugely successful with

her trademark three ingredient recipe books including ENTERTAINING

1-2-3 and HEALTHY 1-2-3.





Sara Pinto is a designer and artist, whose first book for Bloomsbury

was THE ALPHABET ROOM. She lives with her husband and two young sons in

Glasgow, Scotland.
