2001 Coding Workbook for the Physician's Office
This workbook contains coding exercises referencing each section of th e CPT-4 and ICD-9-CM coding manuals, as well as HCPCS Level II Codes. These exercises use the same terms physicians use when they describe s ervices. Students will expand their medical vocabulary as well as incr ease their coding skills for the physician's office. This workbook inc ludes HCFA (Health Care Financing Administration) rules for diagnosis coding and reporting by physicians. Students need current CPT-4, ICD-9 -CM, HCPCS coding manuals to complete the exercises.
