He is the editor of "Old Cars Report Price Guide" magazine and technical/auction editor of "Old Cars Weekly News & Marketplace". Kowalke analyzes and reports on the results of approximately 100 collector vehicles auctions annually.

Buttolph has served as editor and chief pricing guru for Old Cars Price Guide and research editor of Old Cars Weekly for over 25 years.
