These simple yet powerful 15-minute exercises are based on understandings derived from Yoga and Tibetan Buddhism, and on close observation of the body and its energies (fohat). In order to prevent and reduce pain, the exercises serve to ease the tensions that can accumulate in certain areas of the body, to relax the body, to prevent further degradation and discomfort, and to allow a person to gain a greater understanding of their own body by working with it directly and daily.
