-Don't agree too fast with the other part (they may wonder if they could had ask for more)
-Write objectives and a schedule, even if itīs only for you.
-If is your meting start
talking. If not, wait till they talk first.
-be aware of Ranks when you talk and sit people.
-round tables are better
-try to write a summary.
