About the author (2002)

Penny Warner is the author of over thirty books for parents and children, including Baby Play and Learn and 365 Toddler Tips. She has a master’s degree in special education and teaches child development courses at Diablo Valley College in San Ramon, California. Dr. Paula Kelly is a pediatrician who lives in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. She was recently honored by her peers as one of the best children’s doctors in Minneapolis/St. Paul.
