About the author (2000)

Davis is an effects animator at Computer Cafe, a visual effects studio in California. He specializes in procedural animation, as well as particle and volumetric effects for broadcast, cinematics, and film.

Abouaf is a fine artist, author, and instructor whose experience includes television animation and design for print and online. He teaches 3D Studio MAX at San Francisco State's Multimedia Studies Program and at the Academy of Arts College in San Francisco.

Blevins is a 3D animator who works for the all-powerful Blur Studios (high profile filem, television and commercial fx house).

Oken is a freelance 3D artist based in Los Angeles. She is an architect with 12 years of experience in computer graphics.
