About the author (2005)

John Peterson is a 52-year-old businessman, lifelong fitness expert, and the founder of Bronze Bow Publishing. He created the Transformetrics Training System that maximizes strength and fitness as well as wellness. He's been using this training system for years and guarantees to turn lambs into lions. He and his wife live in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

WENDIE PETT is a 30yearold fulltime businesswoman, mother, and parttime volunteer. After a major accident, Wendie resorted to Transformetrics for strength and healing and hasn't turned back to any other form of training since.
