About the author (2001)

D. S. Lliteras is a veteran of the Vietnam War, where he was a combat corpsman with the First Recon Marines and earned the Bronze Star medal with Combat "V." Years later, as a professional firefighter he received the Medal of Honor. 613 West Jefferson is his seventh published novel.
