About the author (2005)

David Benjamin Gruenbaum, founder of Ahead of the Class, a private education and test prep company in Irvine, California, has worked with thousands of students, helping them prepare for tests like the SAT(R), SAT Subject Tests(TM), and the ACT Assessment. In 1991, David and Fred Joblin co-authored a radical vocabulary book, "Word Up. 7 Days to a Better SAT(R) Score" is David Gruenbaum's third book.
