About the author (1999)

Ron Gilster is the author of several bestselling books on networking, PC hardware, and IT career certifications, including two editions of "CEA-CompTIA DHTI+ Digital Home Technology Integrator All-In-One Exam Guide" (with Helen Heneveld). He holds a variety of IT certifications and has worked in networking and computing for more than 25 years.

Helen Heneveld, MBA, CEDIA Installer I, DHTI+, is a recognized industry expert who speaks, trains, and consults worldwide in the converging home systems industry. She is a former CEDIA board member and former Chair of CEDIA's Systems Integration Council.

About ETA:
