Great book with useful practical information. A cancer diagnosis is shocking. Then there is the fear of return of cancer after treatment. Chemoprevention is something we can all do on a daily basis.

My aunt suddenly passed away from cancer. She was very young so it caught the whole family by surprise. In addition, my uncle was diagnosed with cancer. This should not be surprising as the author points out that one in two men and one in three women in the US will have cancer at some point in their lives. However, according to the book there are a number of things we can do about it as cancer experts estimate that at least 50-60% of all cancer cases can be prevented though changes in lifestyle and diet. The author has gone to great lengths to aggregate the collective experience of thousands of cancer experts. "A Cancer Prevention Guide for the Human Race" is one of those few books which can change your life.
