A Collection of Words

This book contains a mere collection of poetry, letters, and other works that have been compiled over time. The author has written over time based on circumstance and feeling. You will find that some of the pieces of works are dated and others are not; never fear, all that means is that the time was never recorded or simply the original was lost and I found a copy. If there are any other dated pieces of works that are especially vague, that just means that it was not labeled, but I knew the general date when I wrote it. Please keep in mind that the names have been changed to protect both myself and who they are written to, for, or about. You may find some opinionated text about certain parties, but such is the nature of the text that it is in. There is not much else to say, but the fact that as you read this book, I hope you enjoy my life, my thoughts, my feelings, but most of all I hope you enjoy the beautiful art of creative writing.

About the author (2012)

At the publishing of this book, the author, Dustin Carr, is 19 years of age with his whole life ahead of him just one step away, he was born in upstate New York and graduated from Cinnaminson High School in 2010. He was an active participant in the Amaranth Creative Writing club where he wrote some of his poems, but he also did a great deal of the work by his lonesome. He has also met Craig E. Burgess, a poet, a Professional Speaker and Author who has received international acclaim for his unique approach to motivation and wrote a poem for him and he liked it, wanting a copy for his-self, as he did likewise for me inspired from what I wrote and sent me the poem with a hand signature and a letter, along with a picture of us together signed. Those who have read my work hold it in high esteem and the author is proudly publishing his first book so the whole world can appreciate the creative art of writing from yet another person.
