About the author (2011)

Phil Mennitti is an honors graduate from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He earned two degrees in Education in 2007, and began coaching at the high school level in 2008.  Phil and Jen married in 2000. She is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Business, and was Treasurer of the Penn State Business Society.
