A Girl with a Cape: A Story of the Superhero in All of Us

A story of how the little things add up to be the big things even when we don’t realize it; of how our words are so powerful when we speak them to others; and that what we say and how we say it can really become our “superhero cape”, our way to really build each other up. It’s also the story of how this little girl’s mom makes her aware of all the good that she does, and praises her for it; that children learn from how we as adults respond to things, take notice, and treat people.

Read it to a 1st grade at my school. They loved it. The teacher said she loved that it was positive not a book of "don't's".

About the author (2013)

I am married & have 2 amazing kids, Sadie & Scott, who inspire me every day. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Pathology and a Masters Degree in Teaching. I have a very successful direct sales business where it’s my job to help make women feel fabulous about themselves, and to teach others do the same, while building their own strong economies through jewelry sales, and teaching them how to mentor others.
