It seems that Mr.Darrol Norman- Manpower Australia 1975- 1995 has forgotten the contribution of his business partner Kay Norman in the development of Manpower Australia from 1977-1992. He fails to mention that it was she who introduced the Predictable Performance systems and Skillware programs from the USA,which had to be adapted to meet Australia's workplace requirements, that saw the company grow from a hole in the wall in Hunter Street, Sydney, to become one of the most successful companies of its kind operating at the time.

Mr Scheinfeld seems to have forgotten that he or someone appointed Lance Secretan as UK MD in the late 60's who turned the whole operation round. He was ex Drake I think and was an inspirational leader.
It's a shame that Mr Scheinfeld does not go beyond 1976 to give us a glimpse of Fromstein's merger of a failing Manpower with Parker Pen and his later capitulation to the infamous Blue Arrow bid and subsequent fight back. It's a good story. I guess Mr Scheinfeld just wasn't there.
