In 2085, thousands were born gifted with mental abilities that pushed beyond normal human limits. Donna was unique in that her gift was physical. She was gifted with incredible speed and extraordinary endurance. Unaware of her powers, she won the Gold Medal for long distance running in the 2100 Olympics. In 2100, Donna's parents sold their furniture factory and moved to the Moon. Donna chose to stay on Earth and attend college. She was accused by the news media of hiding super powers. The Olympic officials took her Gold Medal away. She dropped out of school. Outcast, homeless is her life now. Then fate takes a hand and ready or not, Donna must rise to the challenge. Inquisitiveness, instinct for survival and her developing powers combine to form courage and sheer daring as she finds herself in impossible situations on the red planet Mars.
