A House in the Middle of Nowhere is a continuation of Red Leather and Rhinestones......the life and togetherness of Kala and George and their close-knit family and friends. These stories evolved from actual events and spirit encounters in the author's life, interwoven, bridged, and laced with imagination here and there. Whimsical tales that blend the material and spiritual wonders of both worlds.

About the author (2008)

Sharon has spent her entire life in the Midwest. Her favorite childhood memories are those of spending time at the home of her grandparents in Missouri. She and a sister would spend a couple of weeks each summer with Grandma and Grandpa, aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Ice cream socials, trips to a nearby swimming pool, drive-in movies, Sunday School, family reunions, and Fall Festivals were some of the events that took place during those extra special visits.  The town is no longer what it was in its prime and too many special people are no longer there, but the cherished memories of summertime at Grandma and Grandpa's live on.
