About the author (2008)

In Europe, Paul Wilson is known as "the guru of calm". But in all the years he has been a meditation teacher, he's also been leading a full-on mainstream life. Among other things, he's a businessman, lecturer, director of a medical research foundation, and author. His books have sold over 8 million copies, and have been translated into 24 languages. He now lives in Sydney.
