I came accross this book when researching about my tendonitous. I have been a cosmetologist for 2 years now in Bellevue Washington. I wish I would have came across it sooner. As a new cosmetologist this would have been so much help when I first was looking for a salon. I have learned through trial and error the good and the bad of the beauty industry and how it takes an amazing salon owner to keep a happy staff. This is a good quick read that gives you alot of insight on the industry and how to be happy as a sylist.
