This beautiful collection of Miss Rosie's Quilt Company quilts includes 13 fabulous quilts in designer Carrie L. Nelson's signature style. Designs like Luci in the Sky, Quadrille, Allemande, Sweet Escape, 45 RPM, and Crackling Palms take traditional quilt blocks and turn them into something new-perfect for today's home in up-to-date colors and fabrics. The scrappy style of the quilts makes them especially suitable for using fat quarter collections. As is customary, the book introduces Carrie and her dog, Miss Rosie, and includes the story behind the name of each quilt.

About the author (2010)

Carrie L. Nelson had been quilting and teaching quilting classes for a couple of decades when a Phoenix quilt shop asked her to develop a written pattern for one of her most popular teaching quilts. We sold 200 in about six weeks, Carrie says. Since then, Carrie has been designing under the name of Miss Rosie's Quilt Company.
