About the author (2006)

Susan lives in Caddo Mills, Texas, where she is married to her best friend and pastor, Jay.  Their children, Shea and Jacob, are the highlights of her life.  She currently teaches 6th grade Reading in a public school, speaks at women's events, and is involved in the ministry of spreading the Gospel.  She loves to shop, cook, and teach others the home-making skills it took her so long to learn.
