A big life
Novel that tells the life story of acrobat Billy Hayes. It follows the ups and downs of Billy's life, including his exile from family and friends in Australia to the making of his home and career in Britain in the 1930s and 40s. Author is a former journalist who has received several fellowships from the Literature Board of the Australia Council. Her previous novels are 'Messages from Chaos' and 'Flying Lessons'.
