Restatement, my ass. Who uses this anyway? If tort law was subjected to a little codification, what would all those weasely plaintiff's lawyers do? Starve, that's what. Their bread and butter is bending the law, making the juries cry, and collecting wealth transfers. Bastards. Read full review
