About the author (2010)

The Abstract Mind of L.S. McKay began at age twelve, while attending a military academy in Tacoma, Washington, he wrote a composition which received recognition. Guided by his Dominican nun teacher, he studied the creative masters in order to find a way to put his thoughts into words and bring them to light for all to read. A fire took all that he had created over 20 years, he never thought he would write again. Through prodding by friends who believed in his expressions in the past, he slowly created a simple manuscript to put forth once again. Enjoy these humble offerings from the Abstract Mind of L.S. McKay.
