About the author (2002)

Sunny Stout Rostron is an independent consultant with an international reputation. She regularly advises organizations in the UK, USA and South Africa and her clients range from blue-chip multi-nationals to government departments. In the UK she has worked with the Royal National Theatre, British Airways and Procter & Gamble.She lectures regularly at universities in California and South Africa. She is the author of several books, including the BBC series, Doing Business in Europe, and Managing Training and Accelerating Performance (Kogan Page).
