I glanced at a number of pages in this book before I bought it and for the price of 20 i thought I would get something substantial. I am very disappointed with the content as I was expecting much more more. As a recently qualified hypnotherapist, I find the content to be very light. For 13, you can get a very weighty Training trances (J Silverthorn and J Overdurf) which gives you very substantial learning. I would have not much to complain about if the book was charged at 10.
