About the author (1999)

Randall B. Hicks is an attorney in Southern California whose career is dedicated to helping families adopt quickly, ethically and affordably. He has completed more than 800 domestic and international adoptions and is considered one of the nation's leading adoption attorneys and authors. He hosted the PBS series Adoption Forum and is a member of the American Academy of Adoption Attorneys
