This is one of the most sensible and energetic motivational books that I have ever read. A little dated by certian references but the vitality of the ideas are essential to navigating the current economic climate. It is like a modern version of the classic: Art of War by Sun Tzu. I am a Rhino and periodically when someone pulls off an amazing feat of tenacity and will we honor them with honorary Rhino status. Oh I have shared this book with everyone in my family and owned several copies that I gave away only to buy another copy for myself. Independent thought and self reliance are essential to fiscal health. This is a must read.
