Principles in endoscopy including sedation and infection control are also examined.

Each chapter consists of recommendations from an expert in the field concerning a very focused problem. The authors discuss recommendations for instituting, modifying and monitoring therapy, including combinations of drugs and / or therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
