Jay Guo is a manager of system strategy with Mobisphere Ltd, a Siemens and NEC Company, located in Reading, U.K. A senior member of the IEEE he holds a Ph.D. in antennas and propagation from Xian Jiaotong University, China, as well as an M.S. in RF engineering and a B.S. in electronic engineering both from Xidian University, China.
