Fontana is a Professor of Algebra in the Department of Mathematics at Universita degli Studi di Roma Tre, Rome, Italy. Dr. Fontana received the Dottorato in mathematics from the Universita di Roma La Sapienza, Rome, Italy.

Kabbaj is a Professor in the Departement de Mathematiques et Informatique, Faculte des Sciences, Universite S. M. Ben Abdellah, Fes, Morocco. Dr. Kabbaj received the Ph.D. degree and the Habilitation in mathematics from the Universite Lyon I, Villeurbanne, France.
