This is simply crap. Does the author have some kind of mental disease?

This book reminded me of why censorship should exist in America. A man with his facts so out of whack doesn't deserve the ability to write. Let alone voice his opinions in this fine country. I would rather suck off a monkey then read any more of this authors tragically uneducated work.
