About the author (2012)

Judi Curtin was born in London, but moved to Ireland as a child. After school, she studied English and German, and then trained as a primary school teacher in Dublin. She taught for many years and loved it, but never forgote her childhood dream of becoming a writer. Her first novel for children was published in 2005, and her books have been sold around the world and translated into many languages.
