The pain, the agony, the waste of tuition money that could have gone towards a class that isn't a repeat of what I had to take in 1990! Great for practicing walking with poise, since if it falls off of your head, it won't break anything other than maybe your nose. Read full review

About the author (2003)

KAREN O'CONNOR has written more than 50 books, including Squeeze the Moment, Help, Lord! I'm Having a Senior Moment! and Help, Lord! I'm Having a Senior Moment--Again! She is a popular speaker, instructor and consultant who has appeared on many national and international television and radio programs, including The 700 Club and the Sally Jessy Raphael Show. She is the recipient of The San Diego Writers Guild 1997 Author of the Year Award, and the 2002 Mount Hermon Special Recognition Award. She and her husband, Charles, have five children and make their home in Watsonville, California.

Dr. Sabato is an election analyst, a former Rhodes Scholar & Danforth fellow. He has appeared on dozens of nationally broadcast television shows, including "Nightline", "Face the Nation", "The Today Show", "Good Morning America", "48 Hours", "Larry King Live", & the "Jim Lehrer News Hour". He has served on many national & state commissions & is the recipient of more than two dozen major scholarships, grants & academic awards.

Gary A. Keith is Associate Professor of Government and International Affairs at the University of the Incarnate Word. He has worked in the Texas legislature and for a statewide elected official. His previous books are Eckhardt: There Once Was a Congressman from Texas and Texas Politics and Government.
