About the author (2009)

Bernard Sarachek received his bachelor's and master's degrees in economics from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, and a Ph.D. in business from the University of Illinois.  He went on to become a professor of business at his alma mater in Missouri for twenty-nine years.  During his career he received three Fulbright awards.  He is also the author ofInternational Business Law: A Guide for Executives with Case Examplesas well as numerous scholarly articles in business.
