Answers to a Pool Player's Prayers
This book is a result of my passion for cooking, my travels across parts of Asia and a tribute to moms who cook for children with allergies to gluten and dairy/casein. Being a mother of a child with special needs who has been on a gluten free and dairy free diet for the past several years, I thought it would be a great idea to bring forward some of the well known as well as lesser known recipes from parts of Asia. All of the recipes in this book are tried and tested with very little substitutions made so they taste as they traditionally should.
The book features recipes from parts of Asia (India, Thailand, Singapore and Malaysia). The recipes have been categorized as appetizers, main courses and desserts. The recipes are written keeping in mind that a child/person with allergies to gluten and dairy is easily included at the dinner table. Recipes featured in this book range from Vegetable Pulao to desserts like mango custard and bur bur cha cha.
This book is ideal for people who love Asian food and is a handy guide for simple everyday cooking.
