About the author (2005)

The late John L. Michel, was an advisor to Schroder's Antique Price Guide and co-author of Yellowware: An Identification and Price Guide. He was a senior executive editor at Columbia University Press. Barbara N. Michel is the owner of Iron Star Antiques and an advisory editor for Schroder's Antique Price Guide. She lives in New York City.
