I sadly don't read Latin, but this appears to be a history of the Carmelite Order ("Ancient and Holy Hermits of Mount Carmel Book in Three Parts"?), published shortly after the Council of Trent, and mentions on the title page the Carmelite prior-general John-Baptist Rubeo whose name will be known to those familiar with the life of St. Teresa of Avila who was founding her reformed Carmel at this same time. I would be very curious to read it in English! This is surely an extremely rare book, it is great to have books like this freely available online.
