Antonio Citterio was born in Meda (Italy) in 1950. He has a degree inrchitecture from the Polytechnic University in Milan, and he opened histudio in 1972. He has collaborated with many Italian and foreign firms inhe design sector like Ansorg, B&B Italia, Flexform, Flos, Hackmann, Inda,ozzi e Ginori, Kartell, Arclinea and Vitra. In 1981 he began designingrchitectural projects. From 1987 to 1996 he was associated with Terry Dwannd together they designed many buildings in Europe and Japan. Some of theirost important works: the headquarters in Amsterdam, Antwerp and Milan forsprit, an industrial plant for Vitra in Germany and for Antonio Fusco inilan. Other commercial spaces include in 1996, the habitat store in London.n 1999 he founded Antonio Citterio and Partners, a multidisciplinaryrchitecture and design studio, in 2000 the Milan office and the Hamburgffices were opened. Antonio Citterio has taught at Domus Academy in Milannd at Universita la Sapienza in Rome, and he has been teaching at therchitecture Academy in Mendrisio since 1999. He has won many prizes,

Bassi was born in Milan in 1958 and specializes in the history and criticism of industrial design. He teaches History of Design at the Faculty of Design and Arts of the Venice School of Architecture, and conducts research at public and private institutions, producing publications and permanent or temporary exhibitions.
