About the author Bernard H. Boar is an Information Systems Consultant for the American Telephone and Telegraph (AT&T) Company in Piscataway, N.J. His primary assignment is to research software technologies and methods which will improve the productivity of the software development process. He has a prior book to his credit in addition to articles published in a variety of professional journals. Mr. Boar has a B.S. Degree in Computer Science from C.C.N.Y. and an M.B.A. degree in Computer Methodology from Baruch Graduate School of Business. In addition to his primary job activities, Mr. Boar does free lance consulting on prototyping concepts and methods.
