Author of this book is the follower of 'Raj Yoga' System and his thoughts are nothing but his experiences out of his practice. He has mentioned few principles of mind which if properly applied can act as strengths to keep us away from pathologies and lead to healthy equilibrium of mind. According to him, all principles mentioned in this book are very simple but exceptionally effective. He applied these principles on himself and experienced the great changes. Being a resident in Psychiatry at Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland (USA), he believes, this principle will be great tools in the 'Preventive Psychiatry'.
