She tells you everything that you need to know before making the crucial decision on whether to start you own business. Carol is a very talented writer and a successful business owner herself. She can explains complicated business issues in plain and simple English. Here are some examples of her fine writing: "The myth is, there will be lots of customers knocking down the door to get in. The truth is, customers never forget who they like and trust, and they'll be faithful to that." "...Be honest with your customers right from the start. That will be the only way to keep them for the long haul. Dishonest business very rarely succeed for any long period of time..."
