About the author (1995)

Gillian Chapman created the illustrations for the Bible Make and Do series, The Kids Bible, and more. She has designed, written, and illustrated more than 40 books. She leads many craft workshops for children. Chapman and her husband, Keith, live on the Isle of Wight, just off the south coast of England.

Robson started as a teacher becoming a writer of children's nonfiction and researcher into children's educational matters. She lives in Pinner, Middlesea, Northwest of London.
