Since I own a Concha piece, I found out that it is a Bay Area artist/piece from 60s or 70s from SF Mission district which I would not have known about.without this article. Concha was a La Raza movement aritst, born in 1935.. Living in the SF Bay Area for 34 years, I didn't know anything about it and now also know that it is in that a lithograph is in the Turner Print Museum CSUC, Chico, CA. On the website http://www.theturner.org/collections.php?view_range=a,e&pageID=37 there is a date next to each painting that I assumed referred to the date of the piece however it appears that it is the DOB of the artist instead.
