Hello Linda! I'm asian too and I have always been eating my rice with veggies and protein. I am 5 ft exactly and weigh 150. I want to get down to 115 or 120...but i never seem to lose the weight. Do I need to control my portion? One of my cousin said rice can make you fat? is that true?
